And now you never have to again! I used to do them by hand also until I found this program.
Attached is one I made recently for posters for a customer.
Is there any ability to make a sheet that is solvent printable? I was interested in the breathing color materials, but it is too think to run through most solvent printers.
You should be using 1080 yellow. But I would be surprised if you are making the graphics; they should be coming from their regular graphics/printing company?
Surface prep is KEY in a case like this. See if you can paint the surface first, or at least pressure wash/clean the surface really well. This will get you a much longer lifespan out of the graphics adhesion. I would also recommend 3M IJ480C, but I wouldn't guarantee this type of install on an...
This one works great, only costs a few bucks to get the vector version once the proof is approved. It will allow you to save low res versions until you are ready to purchase.
It will let you do any custom shape, and has a wide variety of fonts and colors.

We have Onyx on two PCs here and it seems fast to us, but we have fast PCs.

Make sure your spot white color is set as the correct name for the RIP/printer and that you have the correct profile selected in the RIP. We had to add and tweak some quicksets in Onyx to get ours to work how we wanted it with white. it should be able to print "everything at once" for this...
Set it up so that only the top line and left line are there, then step and repeat with zero space in between. You will either have to manually cut the one very final far right and bottom line in each group, or manually insert it in the file after you step/repeat, but I think this is what you're...
I would see if you can just make a manual color curve adjustment in the RIP for this customer only, we have a couple customers we do that with to hit specific colors. Phototex finishes VERY flat due to the fabric nature of it. We run almost every material here on one custom setting in Onyx so...
