  1. Help with numbers please

I have tried this on WTF and it came up with Blue Highway- which is the closest I could come up with before I tried WTF- and it is not quite right (the '3' especially. I have been messing with this on and off for a couple days- I have a couple hundred unit #s to do and would buy the font if...
  2. Flexi 10 realworld users

Thanks Bobby- I will give it a try this weekend and try to determine if it will work out for us. Gene
  3. Work Order Prioritizing method?? HELP

I have struggled with organization for 14 years and here is the closest I have come to a job board that works. It is a steel sign panel that has a laminated print applied- the small segments are prints applied to mag material and cut up. Dry erase lam would work better probably but 210...
  4. Who checks the classified advertising?

The poll seems to be going about how I would have guessed. I am a lazy member of the human race and would love if the classified could somehow be included in the new posts search. It is hard to believe that this would not make the classified section more valuable. Thanks for the...
  5. Who checks the classified advertising?

I check only *very* sporadically and only if I am actively perusing an urge. I would like to see them appear in the new posts search- when new of course. Thanks Gene
  6. Flexi 10 realworld users

I have used Flexi pro since V4 I think and I love it and it has made me a lot of money. I now use a couple of seats of 7.6 to design and Vworks to rip and have thought of one seat of Designer 10. I am interested in the transparency features of V10- would anyone give their thoughts on that. I...
  7. Triangle Inks

Dono if you talkin to me but I believe the EDX to be their entry into Eco-sol
  8. Triangle Inks

Triangle is mild solvent ink- between eco and full solv. It is cheaper, more durable and color gamut is better, Have used it in two machines from new for 6 years and replaced one black head. You will have to profile- and I cannot speak to switching from Roland to Triangle being a problem-...

  10. Font please

WTFont doesn't recognize it. Thanks Gene
  11. Love working Saturday mornings..ahhh so peaceful

Looks like a LaMettry Collision suv you are working on- my sis-in-law reps for Joanne. Still like to have you stop in if you get up this way. Gene
  12. lack the greeting to foreigners.

    Who you callin' a foreigner?
  13. Contractor Package

We offer a discount for ordering 3 or more different products- the more you spend- the more you SAVE! My daughter can sell like crazy and this really works for her- gets people off the fence.
  14. Triangle Ink Users

I have used Triangle for 5-6 years with never a problem (2 Rolands that were converted when new). I pay about $138/liter.
  15. Just how accurate should print/cut be?

I have always centered on media and get good cuts. Who is your authority? Not being catty, just wonderin'.
  16. Just how accurate should print/cut be?

May not be the problem but... I usually let my prints dry overnight and then lam and cut and if the outer rollers are not set up exactly the same as when printed the cuts are often off. I made alignment triangles for all of the widths I use (30, 48, 54) for both rollers so that they always...
  17. the gorilla gripper

I added a .5 inch piece of rubber from an old floormat which conveniently has semi-soft round 'bumps' for extra grip.
  18. the gorilla gripper

I've had one for a couple years- great for a old phart with arthritis in his hands. Spent 35 years pulling wrenches and working on Corvettes- my hands are shot. Can still type better than my daughter tho. I modified mine for gripping 3mm dibond.
  19. Rip Software

For reference- the small format print version of Wasatch with cut feature is (I think) $875. Worked great on my SP300V. The 'V' models came with Versaworks- the SP300 came with a cheaper version of Wasatch.
  20. Blowing up Digital Image

For a background image I think 50 ppi would be fine- it will not be the focal point. I usually crop out a piece that will print at 100% on my desktop and you can see how the finished product will look. We are printing signs people.
