I did do all that and it was failing on the last step but still won't let me access the library. It was working last week but now all the sudden won't work. Just a pain when it randomly stops working for no reason at all.

Is anyone recently having problems connecting to the substrate library from their printer? I have never had any problems and just went to look for a new profile to try out and now I am getting an error saying it can't connect.

Yes we use all substance vinyl/laminate. It was a problem with too much ink and not drying. Just not sure why it just recently started happening. We got it all fixed though.

We print in CMYK out of Flexi so I would say CMYK greys? I would take pictures but they always look completely different on the picture than in person for the grey. I am doing the calibration right now to see if it gets any better.
