Did you separate tiles in the rip or did you separate them before you brought them into the rip software? Sometimes separating them before bringing them into the rip can cause it to rip the colors at slightly different values even though they were created with the same values. Especially if that...
When you register your business name with the state it only applies to the state you register it in. If you want it to apply coast to coast you have to register it as a Trademark or Registered Logo.
The alumigraphics looks similar to a sample of material we got when we first got our HP 360. We placed a print on the concrete floor in front of the door coming in to the print room. And after 3 years of foot traffic and pallet jacks rolling over it it was still there. It faded a bit but you...
WOW! What kind of material are you cutting that you have to change the blade 3 times a week. We cut anywhere from 10k to 50k labels and decals a week and go months between blade changes. The blade should only stick out about the width of a credit card. The force you set it to will determine the...
The blade will cut deeper in the slower zones simply because it spends more time on the material than it does on the faster areas. You might try to lighten the force a little and see if you can't find a middle ground where it will still cut through the material in the fast areas without cutting...
You're missing a few nozzles but not too bad is it causing issues in your prints? Have you tried a manual cleaning?
On the subject of third party inks. I've never seen the cost savings be worth the potential cost of fixing the problems these inks can cause. You're printer was designed to take...
Honestly though I don't think dust is really an issue for this printer. I ran a 360 for almost 3 years in a room with 8 embroidery machines that were constantly running and there was a layer of dust on everything. You could wipe the entire room clean and come in the next day with a new layer of...
I’m wondering with the texture if there isn’t loose particles coming off during the print. Which is why wiping it before hand is helping. What is the ink saturation percentage for the profile you’re using? Maybe try upping it 10 or 20 percent and see if that doesn’t help keep these particles...
I mean actually taking one of the cleaning applicators with some cleaning solution on it and scrubbing the print head.

Had an old Mimaki UV printer that would do this among other annoying things if the ink was out of date. And the further out of date they get the more annoying stuff will occur.
