Sub it out to Stouse or Gill Studios and have them screen printed. I could not imagine digitally printing these.

I have been using SignVox for 6+ months now and can remember being down one time for an hour. No problem at all. Great program and I highly recommend it.

I used Arlon material on some box truck wraps several years ago and they ended up failing 6 months later. Vinyl was falling off the truck with the adhesive remaining. Had to end up pulling wraps off, cleaning truck and re wrap with 3M. Don't let the cheap price fool you.

How about the fading issues as well? Heard ink does not hold up well for wraps.

You may want to clean your encoder strip. A dirty encoder strip can have an effect on print quality.

Try Blackburn Manufacturing.

We print and cut laminated prints with our Roland all the time and rarely have problems. I would get your distributor to show you how it's done.
