I would blame this only on the material. Where the white spots are, the printer does not menage to put ink there. Actually the ink do not stay in that area (humidity - I guess). How are the heater settings? Try to increase the heat on the print area.

I my opinion, I think the Cyan print-head si dying. Might be that (the cyan is fading in the adjust bi-dir test) or you have some "rebel" nozzles(misfireing). You are printing with the head hight on "high" position? Try to switch on "low" especially for vinyl. Most probably, you print-head is...

Hi, If the black is not black, then, in Versa Works, in the window where you have the "Quality" settings, at color management settings, put it on custom(the last one). Then you press "properties" button and select "preserve primary color" and "use embeded ICC profile". That should halp. Also...

What are the temperatures on heater and dryer? Those are very important in the economy of printing process. If you are printing on vinyl it should be 37-38 on heater and 42-45 on dryer. The feed calibration is that test in the pic above(the one with 2 black squares) and looks ok(I think). Enter...

Hi, I have a lot of friends using Bordeaux inks on Roland. If you clean the machine from time to time, then you shouldn't have serious problems. Dampers must be replaced quite often. There is a strange phenomenon with that ink. On the surface of the dampers, weird bubbles appear. No problems...

I believe this is happening because the inks(solvent based inks) are attacking the plastics. It's a chemical reaction. Actually, the plastic is "melting".

You could use PrintServer Netool. That is a small program who helps you identify(change)the IP of the printer, or see if the connection is ok between the computer and the printer. If you "ping" the printer, does it respond back?

That print-head is old. It must be replaced. I think he done it's job :).
