Calibration test print was a red herring. Regular old test print showed the black head has major issues, did the cleaning, drawing ink with syringe, swapping the cables, etc... Need a new head.

Head height is on low. Did the turn off and reboot. Opened the machine up and made sure all cables and connections are tight, made sure the heads are not loose. regular test print is OK, all colors firing, everything aligned. ?
