    Been using Triangle inks for 5 years now. No problems with fading. If the fabric of the banner holds up more than 6 months, count yourself ahead of the game. Banners are supposed to be temporary signage.

    At least $15.00 per hour for running the printer and production. You didn't specify what type of sign installations, but a master sign electrician around here is $40.00-75.00 per hour. Vehicle wrapping at least $15.00 per hour. Keep in mind that good hired gun wrap installers get anywhere...

    You're going to continue to waste material, ink, and time with the trial and error method. That costs money. Think about having someone come in and properly profile your machine. It may cost 2k up front, but it will save you more than that over the long run because you won't be wasting...

    Try replacing the capping station sponges, they can get dried up, and only get partially unclogged with cleaning cycles and even with using a syringe.

    I must be crazy, but any time I open a file from a customer, and I don't have that font, Flexi brings up a dialog box warning about the font and asks to substitute a default.
