I just printed some of these for a customer a week or 2 ago. I bought blanks and stretched them over a thick piece of foam so the handles layer to the sides, printed on a flat bed UV though, not sure if that's what you're trying to use.

You might try using vinyl with a synthetic liner, paper tends to wrinkle more from humidity and temp changes. When I cut vinyl on our flatbed cutter the paper liner always wrinkles, ands its just laying flat, I'd imagine if I tried to run it through the laminator it would be even worse.

I agree that latex is better for wraps, but we use our Canon Colorado for printing wraps pretty often without issues. It certainly doesn't stretch the same as latex or solvent but if you print it on decent vinyl and know what you're doing (**And laminate....) there no reason it should fail.

They have pretty good pricing and fast turn around times but some of the stuff I used to buy there wasn’t always the best quality prints. For banners and other stuff that doesn’t really matter they’re great. Haven’t bought from them for a year or two though so maybe they’re better now.
