Anybody?

I have a couple of pan formed faces that need to have a logo put on them and I have no idea what material would be the best to print on for optimum results. Size is 3'x6' Pan formed translucent faces(old lettering already taken off and they are in good shape) Logo is 4 colors so I am thinking...

They actually got this piece from Laird, guess either he ordered the wrong thing or they sent it wrong. Second time now, first time they sent 3/16 but I have no idea if it was translucent or transparent.

Anyone know if any manufacturer makes a 1/4" red translucent acrylic? I need a 4x8 to replace an existing piece at a government facility. I've been going around and around with my plastics distributor with no luck. Today they brought me a 1/4 in red...transparent!:banghead: I guess I could...

The best price I have seen on them was $225 I think, and I didn't think that was too bad.

I would guess you probably need to out gas the print for more than a couple of hours unless you have a latex printer.

This is the case with all of them, I get them from Fellers, have told my rep repeatedly. Finally he said to report it to the main call center, they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. I have 4 of them setting here right now and I bet I threw away 6-8 that were also defective...

Is anyone else having problems with the recent 220 cartridges not knowing when the ink is low or empty? I'm getting real tired of throwing away prints when one color runs out in the last 6 inches of print.:frustrated: I surely can't be the only one with these problems, can I?

Weren't we just talking about such a possible incident last week? Really sucks that it actually happened. Hope they get you up and going quickly. Maybe you should have sold me that printer instead....haha

Sounds to me like the heads are maybe out of alignment.

Transmission gear is what it is called, not available separately...so either I spend $800 for a new maintenance station or find someone to make me a new gear for the end. I'm thinking the latter.

I'm looking at one of these that I think I can pick up pretty cheap, probably have less than $3000 in it after heads, pump, capping station, lines, dampers, etc. I'm not in need of speed as I am a one man shop, it would just be nice to be able to print 4x8 panels as one and 54" wrap media...

Cartridge wasn't empty, but there was air in the line. I figured that much out and now find that there was a hole in one of the lines in the pump, ink everywhere, and now the gear shaft that drives the pump is stripped. Where is the best place to get such a thing?
