Putting together a few retractable banner stands with graphics and require a non-curl material. I was looking as FDC 7606 but their product specs don't support it's compatible with latex. Has anyone tried printing on it, or have a suggestion for another material?

Exactly!...pretty much my words to them. I think it's more than nobody else in the area has the capacity to fabricate push-through signs, so it's kind of new to them....they fear change. ;)

Found the issue last night. The electronic eye that is on the underside of the card atop the cutter/pen carriage got bent out of place. The casing came off around the IR diode and blocked it from "seeing". Bent it back up into place and all is well.

Rick Nails it. The layout there with the comics sans and Blambot Comic Fonts....just terrible. Blambot fonts are great, for COMICS (Nate Piekos does fine work and is a great resource for the comic industry), just not here, ditch them for something more suitable.
