I haven't been able to figure this out in Thrive. It is a big let-down after using VersaWorks for so many years. But my new Epson printer is so much easier to use than the ancient Roland, I'm not complaining too much ;-)

Sounds like what I experienced last year. I was trying different things on my own to get a printhead to work and somehow started this MAJOR cleaning process that uses a ton of ink. I can't remember what it was called in the menu or what exactly it did. But I remember there was no way to back out...

Did you try any regular cleanings/test prints after your head soak? Sometimes takes a little work to get all that cleaning solution cleared out, in my experience.

There's a "page range" button under the Layout tab...that should do it, I think.

Under "Configure Cut Job" / "Advanced" / "After Cutting a Tile", click on "Continue Immediately." This is all on the right side of the screen.

We were having one print head going out after another. Just process of elimination...carriage board replacement was recommended by our service technician. And it did seem to be the solution to the problem!

It's a button at the bottom of the left side called "Clip & Tile." You just drag to zoom in on the portion you want to print, then make sure the other portions are grayed out (right click inside those sections if they're not). Then to go back and print the whole thing, drag your edges back out...

An easy, "duh" check...make sure the bar on the back of the plotter is in down position.

I'm sure you checked to make sure the blade holder is pushed all the way down...? I have had the situation where the blade/carriage would go through the motions of cutting but not lower the blade to the material. That required a technician to fix, so I can't really help if that's the case. Just...

While doing a manual clean I noticed my Lt Magenta captop sitting at a forward angle. It still seems to be printing ok. Do I need to replace the spring underneath the front, possibly?

Sharpies don't come in any good grays, but they can look ok for most colors. A different "neutral" colored Sharpie, like brown or black or navy, is better sometimes than trying to match a color exactly. And stippling or smudging the Sharpie can help it blend in better. If it's going that high...
