Is there a coating on this type of rubber floor? Rubber is a difficult surface to adhere to.
Of those two Arlon products the 8000 shrinks quite a bit unless they modified it, 8200 would be better if it adheres to rubber.
Try a polymeric calendered material as long as their are no contours. There are no inexpensive cast products. General Formulations has a product like that GF Automark a 2.4 mil vinyl instead of the typical 3 mil and they have a thin laminate. Should be about half of cast

For a cheap decal why bother with 6 mil use a 3 mil Chinese monomeric vinyl then lol If you like shrinkage
In my 30 years on the supply side rarely have I seen anyone using 6 mil for decals, wall graphics yes.
Have never seen anyone use 6 mil for vehicle graphics. 2 mil cast for rivets and contours and 3 mil polymeric calendared for flat surfaces.
