It's possible the cams that hold the head down are loose which would allow the head to slowly move out of alignment. I can't think of any other way that pattern would happen other than that as long as the bi-directional alignments are in line.

The fact that it prints fine in the black spot but black can't print in the cyan spot is pointing towards head damage unfortunately. It means those channels are damaged in some way.

You changed all of the ink lines but did you change all of the o-rings at the connections?

I don't know about that ink specifically but in my experience they generally want the room to be a certain temperature during operation but when not being used it doesn't matter as long as you bring it up to room temp before using it again.

Did you run your drop position correction alignment? Looks like the bi-directional alignment is off. If you're printing uni-directional, it's more likely a physical alignment that's off. Did you just change the head?

Post a picture of the issue and the nozzle check. Usually banding in one color is going to be either missing or deflecting nozzles, a bad damper, a broken head manifold, and/or a failing head.

In my experience it's pretty hard to recover these heads once they get deflecting nozzles like that. You can try doing nozzle washes or even flush the whole system but most likely you just need a new head. If you haven't changed the primary filters in over a year, you might change those as well...

Something I see on these models a lot is the pinch rollers drift away from their proper position over the grit part of the grit roller so it causes drag on the vinyl when it's feeding. Make sure all of your pinch rollers are between the designated areas. But Mimaki does say after about 8 feet...
