Hi guys,
I was one post come up a little while ago questioning details on some fire truck graphics. Just curious who else out there is dealing with that market. Or who isn't that would like to be? Post up and discuss what you do for local depts.
nicely done, how do you intend on accomplishing the color matched wheel accents and calipers? vinyl on the wheels? or an exta grand to have the painted? I'd think vinyl on wheels would be pretty succeptable to rock chips and the like.
good to know. we always have that problem and usually just tighten the pull up on the catch roller till it is right near banding. lol. i'm gonna go make a new profile right now.
nope. quick biography puts me at drawing stuff for other people for candybars in 4th grade. gout out of high school and worked at a sign shop weeding vinyl and applying graphics for a year and half and decided to move home and get schooled on how to run the programs. got an associates in my home...
Being one myself, I have been watching the boards and looking for info on what i should be charging for things and (hopefully not a repost) but this was of help to me. If anyone has links for how to bill individual jobs, feel free to post but hopefully the newbs find this before posting like i...

Technically yes. I get it from one of my carbon fiber suppliers. Realistically, it's way too expensive for business cards. WAY. so I Make them myself and only for 'select' clients. but yes, they look pretty cool and people really seem to like them when they see them as there's a true weave so...
Here's my current Card and logo. This one is done on genuine carbon fiber (carbon basalt actually) for personal clients and i also have one with the same design but with a printed background for mailing with items, givaways, etc.
well to answer your questions about why not a squeege or AG, I have a customer who uses some tempermental material that needs to be fully laminated so that rules out abrasion guard. The decal sets he buys are also sold in about 1 sq. ft. sheets (multiple sizes, all nested together) and i print...
I need a small laminator. the only thing i have is an edge II, so i won't be needing to laminate anything bigger than 15 inch material. also don't need heat capabilities but a motor driven one would be nice. Any ideas for a decent price. like 300-600 decent? any recommendations to look for used...
