  1. where to get versaworks?

Even back in the days of VW4, they never let you download the full package... you always had to install from the CD that came with the printer, however updates were freely downloadable.
  2. auto takeup reel not working on Epson s80600

Are you moving the dancer bar down to activate the auto take-up? Push this downwards once media is loaded and taped to the take-up roll. -
  3. Question where can we find a glass cutting head for a fletcher 3100?

Not sure on the Fletcher, but the Keencut equivalent is absolute rubbish and wish we never bought the attachment. It starts the scoring properly, but then smashes the glass sheet towards the bottom. No amount of adjustment ever sorted it out. We went back to cutting by hand.

  7. Looking at the Epson SureColor S60600

I think our S80 pulls around 1500w (while starting the heaters) then tapers off when warmed up so 110V/20A should be enough. We run both of our plugs on the same circuit, albeit 220V/10A which is exactly the same rating as yours (2200W).
  8. Epson or Mutoh print - Roland cut

If you're using a 3rd party RIP, it's possible. We used to do it with our Oce and VS-540 all the time using Onyx.
  9. Looking at the Epson SureColor S60600

We've had an S80600 for over 3 years and wouldn't trade it for anything else. It's fast enough for us (most of the time) and output is always spectacular. Some will say to be careful with the additional colours (red/orange) but we're still yet to see fading on prints done 3 years ago. We have...
  10. Looking at the Epson SureColor S60600

The S60600 is only available in dual CMYK. You can only option additional channels in the S80600. Beast of a machine though... if you don't need the extra gamut, it's a no-brainer. Excellent quality at lightning speeds.

  12. Need Help Die-cutting labels and stickers

He posted it yesterday... it's 5 posts before yours.
  13. Diy rack for dry prints

Maybe something like a bakery cooling rack? Obviously not DIY but something used could be cleaned up easily and put to good use.
  14. Which printer would you buy?

They start at around AUD$420k... and then you start adding all the options.
  15. Onyx10 Epson s80600 Calibration troubles

Out of curiosity, how did you get the 80600 installed in Onyx 10? It wasn't supported until Onyx 12.
  16. Which printer would you buy?

SwissQ Nyala 3. Quick enough for anything we do and quality to match. Flatbed and R2R all in one. CMYK+5 for virtually any colour configuration too.
  17. Scissor lift on slope

JLG have tilt sensors and will cut off, at least in our experience.
  18. Scissor lift on slope

We had to install some signs recently and the gradient of the property was just enough that the platform wouldn't raise up, so we had to swap it out for a diesel scissor lift with auto leveling outriggers and it solved our issues completely. What would insurance etc. think if something happened...
  19. Onyx Summa auto sheet cut?

You're in the wrong screen. You need to make the change through CutServer application.
