Thanks for the shout out! I do see a single channel go out on some machines where it's not the head sometimes but you're right that it is more rare. Usually it's on these dual channel damper machine where there might be a bad seal on on but not the other and it causes flow issues.

You should be able to cut that vinyl and laminate combo just fine. I'd take a look at your blade instead. If the tip is broken off, get a new one. Also, use a higher angle blade and it will cut and weed better.

This is a good idea for the 600mL bags but not the 440mL cartridges unfortunately. The 440 cartridges don't use the weight system.

It's in the setup menu and they call it Feed Comp. You might also adjust the pinch rollers to push down harder especially if they are all set to low right now. I usually set them to medium all the way across.

If it sat for 6 months with ink in it, multiple areas could be clogged. The heads are most likely clogged but I would assume the cap top/pump/waste tubes could be as well. I'm sure the other guys will have some good insights for you but my first thought is you're using a calendared vinyl on rivets which is always going to tent and look bad. A cast vinyl will do much better and last longer.
