Has anyone else received these rolls. About every 18 inches into the roll there is about a 4 inch run across the roll that doesn't print right?

I have a customer that is looking to change the coloring on brick walls where they bump out. They dont want to paint them. The walls are really rough and not level at all. They are thinking of attaching some kind of substrate to them. They said they didnt mind drilling into the brick. Any ideas?
