Good to hear. Also after doing a soak I noticed after the first test print looks good. Then try a test print a couple days later and it could clear up better just from sitting on captop with no fluid.
Finally got it narrowed down to hp365 summa cutter and flexi print and cut. Did some research and feel like this would be best for our shop. Wish it had a better color gamut.
I am pleased to report that Roland and I have resolved this matter amicably. I am not at liberty to discuss the specifics of our resolution, but I can confirm that Roland has acted honorably in resolving this matter with me.
Yeah sad to say but i think after this i have to part ways with roland. I am glad they are soon to be taking this one back but it shouldn't have to take 50 days. Specially since day one it never worked properly.
If it’s not finalized by Friday I will reach out to my lawyer and have him take over. I need to move forward with my business. Been at a standstill for too long.

Probably have to do detailed Calibration test print and fix all of them. When we did a black head swap we had to physically adjust all the heads before we did all calibrations. For whatever reason it threw them all off. I think they all go off the adjustment of the black head.
100% sure. I did just retry to print pre 40 post 50. uni mcvp slowed head to 760 hopefully that will help. Colors look a little more filled in then yesterdays print.
