They stopped the printer from coming because i didnt want to wait till next friday for install and they want to just refund me the money. I did get one quote from grimco but send me the info for new printer. Also need the graphtec fc8600 60 inch.

It stops randomly and says now processing and you have to shut it off from the rear to get it to print again. Tried multiple computers and its direct connect to printer. Tried new cross over cables.

Got the call this morning. They will be doing full refund and picking up bad printer. I do have my vp still i traded in. The dealer is bringing the stand back and getting inks back in when they pick up the vg. I have the connection issue with the vp now processing during mid prints sometimes...

If you have signlab I think there are some preloaded plugins for this.

Update- waiting at the shop all day for printer. Find out after 5pm. It’s not coming now till Wednesday. So hopefully it still gets installed this week. Always something.

Print quality is better when it’s printing correctly. Colors are more vibrant and more paint looking or solid color rolls of vinyl color.

Why did you hit medium clean?

Manifold crack would suck air and not the ink into head. And the caption if it’s not sealing to head correctly.

My ink cartridge decals do same thing. I had to syringe ink through when I got air bubbles. Could be cracked manifold, dampers or maybe the captops are worn and not sucking properly. My wipers were rubber not felt. Not sure on the overspray.

He did state that i wont be happy with the 54 and the 64 seemed like it had another fan maybe for vacuum? Just was weird how it seemed he was pressuring me. Felt like i was getting setup. I did ask him if he knew of problems with the 54 that i didnt and that was way he wanted to get me a 64.
