Long shot here, but we use 3M 8991 for graffiti protection. It's expensive, but it's high gloss, thick, rigid, and sounds very similar.

You can request that they don't score and fold, but will have to pay freight. At least they used to do that.

We've run a few large projects on .060" styrene, all have left scrap that is about 2-3' x 4'. We have a ton of these pieces left (not figuratively, a literal ton, 2000+ lbs) and I don't really know what to do with them. Recycling seems like a waste, but I don't think we'd ever use the waste on...

We'll use MaxMetal or DiBond, mask the front and spray the edges with Krylon metallic silver, and then remove the mask and add graphics. It eliminates the black/metal sandwich look on the edges.

Either of these stand out to anyone? Terrible picture, but the best I have right now.

Is this the cross cut function, or are you plotting printed vinyl?
