Thanks. That is the font... or a picture of it anyway. :) Stuff like this really bugs me. How easy is it to save the original file with the font intact, or at least type out the name of the font in the file notes! It was used for the logo, and phone numbers too! AGHHHHH!! OK, Rant over :) Mark

Can you not send it as a .pdf or ,eps, which will retain both vector and raster info? Unless I am mistaken, most(?) printers should be able to use either format. Other than that, when you are exporting your raster (print) file, make sure that none of your parameters (aspect ratio) are changing...

Not too familiar with SignLab, but, are you making the cut file at the same time you make the print file? Are they exported together or as separate files? Also, again I'm not familiar with SignLab, but when I send separate print and cut files to Roland Versaworks, I have to make sure that...

Wow! Same thing happened to me just now. Yet I used it two weeks ago. The only thing that changed is I tried the trial version of Corel X8, and then un installed it. Maybe that caused it. Have you tried X8 and then removed it? Just tried my other computer, no X8 on that one, and it works fine.

Looking at your nozzle test print, your black head sure doesn't look new anymore. Lot's of deflected nozzles.

I know it sounds simplistic, but, have you tried right clicking to bring up na option menu? Not familiar with Graphix Advantage, but that works in Corel, and Illy I think. Good luck, Mark

Ink cartridges are all full or near full, nozzle test is perfect, before and after the print. I'm not convinced it's a printer issue, if it was, colour inconsistencies would should up across both copies of the print, would they not? Other than the colour being slightly off between the two side...
