UPDATE: We had to have a tech come out. He ran some tests, says the black ink was clogged, possibly due to separation of the ink. Good news was the head is still good. He said that he hadn't seen this before and we were he first case. Later said that the last machine he worked on with this...

I have just heard from someone else in our organization that this is likely printed on a UV press. Out of luck on vendors for something like that. Can anyone make a recommendation for someone who could answer some of our questions and ultimately return a quote.

Hmm... Just came on to see what we could do about a GS6000 with an almost completely clogged black head. Looks like the problem may be with black ink separating. Haven't heard much as far as a resolution here, guessing we need a tech to come out and solve this? Thank you for any help in advance.

Mine was physics as well. At least in high school. Don't remember where we dealt with it in college.

RGB is additive, when you add them all up you get pure white (light). CMYK is subtractive, when you take out all CMYK you have pure white.

The 2015 is the same style as the 2014 i believe. We just picked one up from Art Station templates and it worked great.

Digital print isn't going to last long compared to cut vinyl, from what we experience.

Without screen printing in house, and the blank not being a standard size, I don't know how feasible that is.

Reading back, forgot to mention, they are reflective. With the three color approach I was quoting all three colors as reflective, not just the base white.

Can't get a clear enough image for what the font. Vinyl is peeling at the edges pretty bad, but I think some may be able to tell what it was... Thanks!

I'll get flat spots on the rollers of my plotter that make it track less accurate if I leave the rollers down on those. Never has an issue with a laminator.
