started in my basement. 10 years ago with an sp-300 and a laminator.

we routed the shapes and some texture before gluing the gears together and texturing away the seams. The painting is what makes them…. awesome techniques we learned at Dan Sawatzky's workshop. We ship to central florida…. :)

Everything you see is 30lb precision board except for the rock. It is sculpted concrete with precision board applied to the face for the plaques.

removing roof and rear racks to make it right. tons of areas that just flow into each other. no breaks in body lines to hide seams / panels lots of hard bends and compound curves. its all in a days work, but to me, its easy to wrap a car most of the time....

also.... the worst thing you can do on a cnc cutting PVC is run to slow. the second worst thing is bad bit selection.
