I don't think chrome silver foil can be overprinted. You'll have to turn off the overprint on your black so that it's printing directly on the vinyl. If you have registration issues, the trap the black with the chrome. Good luck. Joe

Looks like your media isn't compatible with your inkset. What chrome material are you using?

Profiles and temperature settings can both affect this and both would be dependent on the environment, so canned profiles from Onyx or Epson may not be the best for your particular shop. Good luck
