    I have both wasatch and onyx and I would recommend you get wasatch. Its just more stable and way faster. Onyx is just has all the bells and whistles.

    you need to get down at a level view with the heads. use a flashlight and you'll see the tiny fibers. check your caping stations, sponge, wipers clean under the blade too. Use tweezers to pull out any fibers you might see but any fibers around the head should easily be removed when you clean...

    Great machine, I have 4 of them. Bought them new back in 2002 and still use them everyday. Its a workhouse with very few problems. Only had to service one machine out of the 6 years i've owned them.

    It came with something like 6 cd's and 2 dvds.. The dvd's should have all the supported printer drivers, the cd's have every manufactuer seperated into each cd .

    I don't understand your problem ??? do you mean the blurry part ?? Had this problem before.. clean around your heads, knife, planten and make sure there are no fibers around.. use a flashlight.

    When I used to use carts I've had this happen to me and just left the machine as is until I replaced the cart few days later and the job contiued
