For lettering, you have to "expand" it, or "convert all text to outlines" to be able to see it as wireframe. After you do that, you won't be able to edit it anymore.

Hi, we have Onyx Thrive 22.5 with an Epson SureColor 60600. Had a power blip in the middle of printing. When I restarted the software, I got the message, "Invalid settings file 'blahblahblah' in config file! Server will shut down!" I've re-installed the software twice and cleared my Work folder...

Cutting Master is frequently annoying ;-)

I know there are different companies that will rent you a container to pour the ink into, then they pick it up periodically to dispose of it. You'd have to find out which companies are in your area.

Hi! Running a VG2-540. I've run out of cartridge cleaning fluid in the middle of the "tray cleaning" process and realized I have no replacement cartridge. Anything I can do to make the printer stop beeping and be able to print while I wait for replacement cartridges to arrive? Thanks!

I can trick it sometimes by adjusting "space between copies." Make that distance a little smaller, maybe it will allow the 11x17 to fit. I WISH Onyx allowed more manual adjustment like VersaWorks does.

I wouldn't attempt something that long on my Graphtec. I love it, but max I would attempt is MAYBE 20 ft.
