I have a Mimaki CJV 30 and the prints are a bit grainy. I use the Oracal 3164 film. Do you have any recommendations for which heat settings should be used? Currently, I am using 35, 35, 40.

I always have the problem that after a while the screw on the cutting knife (the razor blade to cut the vinyl off) comes loose, which of course causes a rattling noise even though I always turn it really tight. Does anyone have a similar problem?

We previously worked with Corel, using the Summa plugin, and all our print and cut data are ready in the CDR format. In Corel, the cut paths are stored under the "Kiss-cut" layer. I can export everything as an EPS and open it in Flexi, but I find no way to manually change the paths to a cut path.

Is there a way to use different blade strengths with GoSign in one pass, for example 50g kiss cut and then directly a 150g die cut 10mm offset? Unfortunately, I have not found a function for this.
