No Snowflakes or Bleedinghearts need to post

And magically no mass shootings take place anymore, because the press won´t mention it.

I'm not saying it shouldn't be reported. What I am saying is that the press goes overboard in the amount of time they spend on it. If the average story gets two minutes attention from the media while a mass shooting gets thirty minutes, then I think they're going overboard and are wrong. If the media gave less overage and there was one less mass shooting, then it's a better scenario.

30 minutes??? Try a week or two. CNN can't get off it.

This is a pointless discussion. The type of mass shootings we're seeing right now are entirely preventable with some common sense legislation but that's not possible in a world where people advocating for gun control are considered snow flakes and bleeding hearts.

We're putting hammers in the hands of toddlers and blaming parents and the fact they are underdeveloped when in fact, the simplest solution is not putting a hammer in the hand of a toddler.

Also, it's disingenuous to bring up family as being an issue or mental health when you have no intention of offering any resources to improve those things? Mental health can be solved by making health care less expensive / included in your taxes, but that's not allowed because it's socialist. So people struggling with mental health issues are left to struggle without resources. Families? I'm sorry, but last I checked in order to survive in America you basically need to work no less than 40 hours a week, typically more. In addition, you typically need 2 parents working that much. How much can you expect from a parent? Forget after school resources and community resources. That would increase your taxes, which simply isn't acceptable. The internet is a much better babysitter.

Mass shootings are preventable nationwide Conceal and Carry...... only a good guy with a gun can stop and a bad one with a gun.

I never bought a firearm; I've only been given a couple over the years by family. That said, how does a background check work when purchasing one? I guess, first off, is there even one? Say that there is in your state. Does the background check only cover the first purchase? Or once you're cleared, can you now continue purchasing firearms without going through the background check each time?

Seems like continuing checks would be helpful. Kind of like retail workers who are trained to immediately engage with each customer as they walk through the door, and again periodically while they're shopping, just so they know you're paying attention to them. Allow the freedom, but keeping an eye on them as well.

And then when someone comes in to purchase their 200th gun, you can automatically just tag them as nuts and send over the cops because Jesus Christ, what sane person needs all that?

We have a background check here and during Covid fleet farm took 2 weeks to approve. I have several friends that have gun collections just like people have car collections. There’s been a rule at our house with the boys, If you end up being a felon you will never step foot on the farm again. Because felons can’t be around guns and we’re not giving up the guns because one of the kids became an idiot.

So we're ignoring Uvalde now?
An officer asked permission before the gunman ever entered the building to take him out. The request was never answered in time. All people have reaction time. Whether you're a good guy or a bad guy, you have things going on in your head. That's what in most cases decides these outcomes.

Seems very likely an obvious setup. Too many coincidences not to be. And probably the reason they won't talk about it. Very similar to the Las Vegas shooting. But the tyrants get what they want.

As long as everyone believes that they are right, and their stance is the only right one, then we will just continue on a decline. Compromise has somehow been turned into a sign of weakness rather than intelligence and politicians have embraced it to get votes. It's the lazy way out. Would you want an employee, even a good one, that will not do anything unless it is his way and only gets along with 1/2 of the employees and yells at the other half? No, you would fire them. Same with a spouse or friend or anyone else. Why not politicians?
Some people collect guns, I get that totally. Some people also collect exotic animals. They have a permit system for it so we don't have as much abuse or invasive animals running amuck. What would be the big deal if they did the same with certain weapons like the AR15 that seems to be the go to in the majority of these things? Don't they do that already with other weapons that are illegal to possess? Some people do legally have them, just not every joe blow.

That is sick and I would not be at all surprised that is what the tyrants wanted so they could immediately start pushing their gun grabbing agenda.

There are a lotta sick things going on, but this...... ?? No F*ckin' Way !!! If you think this government, the past regime or any other one has the knowhow and whereabouts of how to set up all these mass shootings look innocent and get away with it, you're more nuts than the shooter. C'mon man, get a grip. Don't add to the frickin' misery.

Not sure why you thought this was directed at you, but since you brought it up..... do you realize almost 99% of your information is hearsay and unsupported with little to no evidence ?? Most of the stuff is alleged, suggested and mostly all from people who just love to see their name(s) in print..... just like these mass shooters. It's all about their 15 minutes of fame. The movie clips and pictures are not the ral thing, but photos and videos from all indsa crap. Not saying it did or did not happen, but are you sure you have all your facts straight ??
