HY, we just got a 80600 from EPSON in a 9 color mode using onyx but we can't get a good ICC to print bright and full colors, i mean that we have tried some 9 colors icc and get then a good red, green, bright orange but we can't get a good dark blue or deep blue for example and on the other hand...

Hy we are using substance printing vinyl and recently bought a 80600 and we are facing the same problem, also with the green. Can't get a GREEN KAWASAKI or Bright Red. We have tried different conbinations in setting the media in ONYX with passes but didn't solve the problem. Still searching.

I have unscrewed the black knob but that does not allow to open cover completely, only a quarter. The cover seems to knock from the inside opposite of the black button. I can't see where and what is spoting the opening of it. I do not see this hinge you are talking about.
