I own a Summa S 120 T cutter and i'm facing a problem after i had to unscrew and lift up the tangential clamp (loosing 4 scews see pict) to remove a tangential blade wich was blocked alone.
After mounting up everything the cutting is not horrible in sawtooth.
Can anyone know...
Red light is for others like SUMMA not Roland. Try clean the sensor on the carriage with Isopropilic Alcool and wait 30 mins for dry. Check that thr rollers do not roll on the crop marks while cutting, it could disturb the correct reading of the marks.

I dont think they use 3 materials, to my opinion they do not laminate, i think the print media is the laminate itself and then a double sided tack is used like a NITTO..

try cleaning the heads in "image optimisation" on the 315 menu, also try cleaning caches and old jobs in your software sometime a corrupt job can not allow a new profile to be set on.
make sure that your rip profile is same as printer.
look further on setting media profil and icc on HP training...
