How useful would all this equipment/supplies be for screenprinting signs and decals? I saw you mentioned you had frames for coroplast signs. I don't have any interest in getting into garment printing but have always wanted to toy around with screenprinting signs and decals.

I wouldn't use GF 201 in that case then, won't want to come off after a week if it bonds properly. I'd probably just go with something like 3M 40c or similar depending on how small the text is.

We do most of the time, our flatbed cutter can cut banners faster and more accurately than a person can. In this case though, center 36" banner on 38" media and call it a day. No marks needed, just cut it off the roll and fold your 1" on each side in.

Yes silvering will normally go away over time. The added pressure and/or heat from laminator rollers generally reduces 90% of the silvering so once you upgrade to a laminator it should no longer be an issue.

I have no experience with this but I think clamping another jig to the first then flipping might be feasible. Otherwise, could you possible roll/drag something across the balls to rotate them 180 degrees? Not very scientific but could work with some testing.

Need to clip the image so it's not going over the vector shapes. Select jpg then shape you want to clip into, then go to Shape / Make Clipping Path. Tried bringing in your PDF but it's coming in all weird.

I personally wouldn't touch 3551 or any calendared oracal film, especially not for permanent/vehicle use. We used to use it a bit but it just shrinks too damn much. We strictly use IJ180cv3 for vehicle decals but are testing IJ175 to see how it performs.
