Best to get your hands on a Service Manual, it will give you the steps to do it. These are one of the hardest to change, as they are inside the head and you must make sure to not drip any ink on it or it can cause damage or ruin the head.

By no results, do you mean nothing printed? Or did you mean, no better result? If you're now not getting anything from any channel, either you blew something or ruined the head.

Although it's coming out of all the channels, are you certain it coming out of all the nozzles, it will go to the path of least resistance. You can certainly try new ink cartridges and see if it will help, but I haven't heard of expired ink making it so it doesn't come out, it usually causes...

You could try a 48 hour head soak with topping up the liquid after 24hrs, then see if that helps.

There is certainly issues with your Yellow/Magenta Head. Try a 48 Hour head soak to see if it revives, otherwise you'll need to change that head to remove those lines when you have colors that use Magenta and Yellow.

I'm not familiar with Mutoh's, but if they are anything like Roland's, it could be a bad sensor where the cartridges are inserted, does it tell you which cartridge it senses?

Something I did when I had a similar issue was to do 2x print and upped the brightness to compensate, it helped but took a very long time. Might give it a try to see if it can get you by until you can get the head taken care of.
