Definitely not wet mounted. Dry mount through our laminator only and yes that's exactly why we went with polycarb over acrylic

Wow thanks for the link that was a wealth of knowledge in that other thread. Yeah we are definitely going to stop using the 40C for these applications. Yeah and to think I suggested he go with polycarb instead of acrylic to replace the broken panel so it won't break again :doh:

thanks! I found a local company that sells them. I think it snapped because my guys were using the kiss cutting tool to cut polystyrene material instead of the single edge blade tool... I re-lubed all moving metal parts but if it breaks again then I will check out if anything looks seized.

I bought the part through Airmark. I called and described the part and the sales person patched me through to a tech who immediately knew what it was. The part is a HeliCal WAC15. I installed it in about 15 mins. It's working great again.

That error code is a line sensor communication error. If a hard reset doesn't work and you feel comfortable self repairing then see if you can re-seat the plug. If you can't get it or don't feel comfortable doing it then you will need to get a tech in there to replace or reseat it

You want vinyl and transfer tape. Vinyl goes into the plotter to cut your graphic and after you weed it you transfer tape it.
