I've heard of them being damaged, not erased though. Gerber used to replace damaged ones if you could prove it was a legitimate copy and pay them whatever exorbitant fee they wanted. I would keep looking at some type of software issue, but I can't help you there.

I use Rapid Tac 2, found it to be better in all circumstances where I need to use juice.

I think you have to have a discussion with these guys, the job has changed and gotten much more difficult. I also think you should cut it at the seams which will give you some breathing room anyhow.

It would help to know the design, sizes and quantities. Depending on design my first option would be to cover with a blue ACM and cut vinyl, or if the the design has to be printed them white ACM with prints.

Probably not....never heard of the problem before. Where did you get the part? That's where I would start looking for a solution, may just need a replacement.

I also have use tranny oil for quite a while, with no problems. Never like Lard oil and once Sapphire brush oil disappeared I switched to trans fluid.

You got the technical part figured out, now try a tweak to the design. Since you're from England, the wording may be different, and over here like Gino said we generally threaten not thank.....but here's my take with your text. Try not to condense fonts to fit, and give text some "white space"
