Yea, there are several wholesale printers here who are much better at customer service than some of the big "budget" places.

I've had the same problem, but I believe it could just be the viewing of the file. When the print shop sends it to print is it still blank? You may have to do at half scale, which I know some printers don't like, but they are entirely capable of handling.

With that type of install I would check fit, if they are too tight they could warp when they get hot.

Yes, we usually apply with a foam brush. The only thing is you can't "work" it, you have to apply a nice even coat quickly, it starts to set pretty fast. You can't apply a second coat. If you need to add a second coat you have to use the spray cans. But we have very few issues and have been...

Doable but $$$$$$. I can't think of anything besides acrylic that would work but maybe there is someone here who has an alternative. Other than that I'd call our local plastic warehouse to see if they had a suggestion.

We mostly use Frogjuice, it is easy to apply and gives the color a nice pop, and it's "glossy". If it's not available over there there are other products like Clear shield that are similar. If we need to apply a vinyl film we do it by hand. For the amount of times we need to do it it works fine.

It would help to see a design. I would work from bottom to top, going into and over the ribs. Oh, and hopefully the finish is in good shape because otherwise cleaning it will leave a halo.

I agree with Eric, it's hard for a tracing program to "correct" a poor image. Sometimes recreating a logo requires adding or correcting parts.

You might try searching for Warehouse/Safety striping suppliers. Just not sure they'll have the color you want. Other than that using a gray vinyl with the correct ant slip laminate would work best.

I agree, why not just print or better yet screen on the coro, in a large enough quantity it would make sense. Other than that there are adhesive back papers to print on.
