yea, photos and the new design would help. But when the job starts out with "I have no money for a 6'x20' illuminated sign face" it doesn't go well from there....and then I drive by a few weeks later and they screwed coro sheets over the old face.

I have a client that wants some decals to apply to HDPE panels which will be installed outdoors. Is this one of those plastics that vinyl doesn't stick to, like motocross/atv plastics? What vinyll would you recommend? Thanks in advance.

In the meantime outsource those jobs that really need to be printed,if you already aren't.

I know nothing about them, but what I do know is that you should be looking at what LOCAL support is available for whatever printer you buy.

I don't think I've noticed it more than before, but I don't answer many tech questions about printers. One thing I have noticed, and this also may or may not be more than usual, is how many people post on a thread without reading (or maybe understanding) it.

First: How many people read the thread before they respond? Second: I provide an assortment of file types.For jpgs usually three, low, medium and high res.

If it were my job to reproduce that "logo" (which looks like it was built using clipart/images) and after I confirmed that the client didn't have anything better (because it was built using low res clipart/images) I would send it to the Vector Doctor and get a price to reproduce it correctly...

What would you guys recommend instead of MDO? Depends on the size and mounting method but we use a lot of ACM. I use a contrasting border and it looks very professional. Vinyl backgrounds, would be hard to cut and apply I think. We apply vinyl borders all the time

Maybe I'm the odd man out here, but my first question would be why MDO? Second why wrap the edges at all? Especially if they are getting handled that much, they will probably get torn up.

We got about 12-14" with some drifts up to 2 feet or more thanks to the wind, and it got heavy with the sleet at the end.
