does anyone know of a tool that can cut the backing paper off in the middle of a wrap panel? like say i want to take a 5'x20' wrap panel and say i want a 5'x5' section in the middle of the 5'x20' section to have the backing paper taken off. does this make sense? Thanks!

on a pickup a wrap a few months ago the edges on lifting between the cab and box where i wrapped it in and cut it. should i have put primer here? or used some kind of edge seal? any suggests on how to stick it back down? Thanks!
