On the black one, space the "pex" like the "Ap". Lt. Grey the black arc and bring the top of the "A" down a little. The whole font might be stretched a little to tall.
In the body shop we used to use heat lamps or the heated spray booth and lots of alcohol or wax and grease remover on all of our PP and PPE bumpers and parts. Then you would still have to use an appropriate adhesion promoter.
I have the same machine running Rasterlink 5 and I have only had this happen one time. I was pretty sure my computer went to sleep while printing. I turned all of the energy saving and sleep setting and haven't had it happen since.
I had to use the main power switch to turn it off and reset...
fiberglass needs to be primed and then it can be painted with a rattle can or automotive paints. clean and de-grease then spray some rattle primer then some rattle white matte.

I've had this problem when exporting to a couple different formats. One fix was to convert drop shadows and transparencies to bitmaps w/ a transparent background before exporting.
Overhead projector w/ transparencies. Trace the line work and go to town painting. All man Hrs. + paint & supplies + Transparencies + design fees & setup.
What's your favorite place for pre-made thermoformed, metal, channel and maybe even wood lettering? Looking for a solid place w/ quality templates and hopefully custom services.
