got a box truck job, have to remove the old lettering and clean it up but the customer wants to have it detailed afterwards before i letter it. the truck has some small cosmetic things he wants to spruce up before we re-letter it. some scratches, a little rust around the rivets on the back door...
quoting a job with printed acrylic panels that are mounted to the wall at different depths. (3 panels. a base, triangle and pie piece)

our LEJ uv printer is not reading the material size correctly when it sets up. it's reading bigger by 1/2"-1" bigger.
found out there is a manual alignment correct (i think that's what it was called) anyone know how to do this?

had a big job for a customer. silhouette cut outs with some posters and foam board prints.
we can't do the silhouette cut outs and the foam board prints would have slowed up our production too much. so we sent the order to the big guys with the tools to do it right and fast.

having an issue with application tape tunneling. attached pics not the easiest to see but believe me it's tunneling.

i normally cut the corners and wrap them around just like they say not to. haven' had any issues yet but i will try this going forward looks like it...

have to wrap a white van and customer is getting a solid black wrap with some graphics added. i figured because of the amount of black i just ordered black wrap vinyl to save on printing, lam and any imperfections that you could get printing that much black(in other words wasted material) here...
