i print on a lot of sintra on the uv printer. pictures or 4 c/p pics are fine but spot colors show the grain of the material. anyway to get rid of that or is there a better material to use so i get a smooth print?

doing a partial wrap on a van to cover the windows. normally after i go over the windows i cut around the edges and squeegee all around so everything is tucked in. question is what if i don't make those cuts and just leave full vinyl over the window and van sides. will i be asking for failure...
