You are getting the error sign because the profile is created in a different print mode. They use different size dot patterns to print. I would not suggest it.

You would be better served using a high speed quality 4 profile. Try the Arlon site. Many of my customers use the 6000XRp profile

How do you have the printer connected to the computer? Is it going through a network or directly to the computer?

USB is there but not supported for the Valuejet. Use a network cable and a RIP.

You need to create a vector path named CutContour. Onyx will regognize this path. It will not print the color you assigned. It will then send the cut path to the cutter.

I have several shops that use the poly for retractable banner stands. Not my preference but they do. You might try a roll out. Most of them can be used on solvent machines also. I also have a couple of churches that use it as back drops on their TV stage. The poly I sell is a real matte finish.

try cleaning the bearing raceways. all 4. Then you need a very light coat of the Mutoh grease. Sometimes the bearing itself is dirty. Use a soft cloth but no liquid. You do not want anything to penetrate the bearing.

Not a good sign. Look electrical or bad head. I would try seating my cables and hoping that is it. It wouldn't be dampers. It's not dripping yellow, it is jetting it. I had a customer that had to replace a head and a main board. Make sure you unplug and discharge machine before pulling cables.
