Blow it up to 100% of final size, set your zoom setting to 100% and send them a screenshot of the result. If they still want you to print it, the customer is always right yadda yadda.

The first error you got, error 811, is basically saying the main board and I/O board aren't communicating properly. The second one means the I/O board is no longer detected. At the end of the day either a cable became unplugged or something shorted out causing damage to the boards and/or cables.

Does it print anything at all? Is only the black dripping? Also, did you change the dampers?

The drivers wouldn't load but I was able to get them to load by turning off Windows Driver Signature Enforcement. Windows now sees them when I connect the USB but the port doesn't show up in the drop down list in Flexi? Any ideas?

JPEG has a file size limit of 65,535×65,535 pixels. 90' x 150ppi is 162000 pixels. I'd just do a PDF.

Usually a crooked print is a sign of a dirty or damaged encoder but usually in that case you will get more of a stair stepping pattern not just a crooked print. If the edges of the print look like tiny little steps, I'd start by cleaning the encoder. Other than that, while it's true that...
