Zund is built in Switzerland and there are local service technicians in the city Pauly is operating out of.
Who knows how well the Jwei is built and there is no local service available with <24 hour response time including parts like the Zund is.
General Formulations 201-HTAP (high tack vinyl for low energy surfaces) or 235 Motomark vinyl.
Laminate with 238 Motomark "Armor" 8 mil thick for added protection.
BN-20 is as low as you can go in this industry. It's also excruciatingly slow in comparison to the bigger machines.
Speed is rated at 1.75sq.m/hr (~19sq.ft/hr) at draft quality. Expect that to at least halve for any decent quality printing.

Extra thick layer of adhesive to settle into the texture of the UV print and reduce silvering.
Does RapidTac have alcohol in it?
If so, it could cause crazing on the polycarb and/or bubbling of the vinyl after a few days/weeks as it outgasses.

There looks to be a tiny glitch in your feed calibration test print just above where the two boxes meet. I wonder if this is the source of the issue?
It is absolute pure cyan print or is it possible there is a small amount of black in there? Not really sure if the feed calibration uses any more...
Windows 8.x and 10 are "SSD aware" and optimizing one of those drives just triggers a TRIM command on the drive which can often speed the drive up dramatically if a lot of cells are fragmented.
Very little wear involved, and does not shuffle files around like a traditional defragment.
