Unfortunately only Signs101Admin sees those reports (AFAIK), so I can't act on them. Happy to be sent a PM for future incidents.
I only have the power to remove/edit posts, no direct user management like bans etc.
Is it possible to setup a hot folder in Versaworks where it automatically imports jobs it finds in the folder?
It's been ~4-5 years since I've used it so can't recall. We use them with Onyx Quicksets all the time.
The standard Roland cleaning fluid should be fine. Cheap way of getting cleaning fluid is to use anything left over in a cleaning cartridge if you have any lying around.
Overnight head soak probably required to recover what few nozzles are still going to fire. 6 months is a very long time to leave a solvent machine offline.
Okay, I think the point of difference here might be that I'm referring to printing an ongoing job that gets close to the end of the roll, rather than trying to load up a roll with little material remaining on it. Yes, we experience the same issue in that situation as well. Only way around it...
Wow, that's really odd... our 80600 will keep going until there's only around 6" left. The media sensor is right before the pinch rollers so I'm confused as to why it would be stopping 24" from the end.
Does your media stay flat against the rear platen or does it bow outward? I'm guessing this...
I believe we're talking about what's discussed in this thread:

We use polypropylene pop-up banner material for the shim. Cut into a 1" wide strip, folded over 3 times at one end and installed an eyelet through it.
Doesn't cause damage to our laminator and has worked well for calibration for several years.
Can't see any speeds listed yet.
Here's an English version of the release:

Weird, it cuts off some of the values at our end. Latest Firefox, Chrome and Edge builds:
Edit: It's only occurring on our design PC... not others. Bizarre.
The link here includes the Bold variant even though it doesn't mention it:

Just downloaded and tested fine in Illustrator.
