    OP did say primarily design, i.e. Adobe products. MAC or PC is fine for that. If they want it for RIP purposes, sure, PC is preferred.

    Just use 3M VHB... a couple small strips does the trick. Don't see the need for complete coverage with a double sided adhesive.

    I tried using Text to Path which works for the angle, except you need to be able to rotate the letters, but you can't, unless you select each letter and manually rotate. So looks like you have to type and space them manually.

    Well there, you figured it out. Although I'm not sure why you need the bleed if you're cutting to the outer crop marks. I set them up like this quite a bit, but don't use any bleed.

    WD-40 isn't actually a true lubricant. WD stands for "water displacing" and its main use is as a solvent or rust dissolver. The lubricant-like properties of WD-40 come not from the substance itself, but from dissolving components. And the effect doesn't last.

    Usually clear silicone works (NOT Silicone II, the regular Silicone I adhesive).

    Pretty cool idea. I generally tell customers, though, that any part of their graphic that is too small to cut from a laminated print will have to be regular cut vinyl, which will be one of only a few colors. I have in the past printed on metallic silver to get custom metallic colors. Works...

    Does it have OPOS? Are you using that with the Barcode? I have much better accuracy with the barcode setup vs. only using reg marks.
  13. Anyone ever notice these?

    Discovered these embedded in the labels inside the tubes from Avery print vinyls. I assume it's some sort of RFID for manufacturing inventory or something? These 2 look indentical, but one is from a roll of 2903 and one from a roll of 1105 EZ.
