  1. Epson S80600 Flexi Profiles

Substance has profiles on their site. I would start there instead of running the 3M profile the tech installed. https://substance.com/pages/icc-profiles
  2. Cutting 100 sheets per day

Im wondering if the OP is kiss cutting or perf cutting. I don't think I'd try using the basket for perf cuts of that length. Kiss cuts are fine and I've done it before.
  3. Looking for slitter recommendations

I made the same thing and almost posted it here yesterday. I upgraded to using bearings, etc. It works well enough to slit a few rolls here and there. It would be nice to not have to hold the knife by hand. The whole thing is a good candidate for some 8020 extruded. I think I have about $10 in...
  4. OH Looking for an FCX2000-60 Graphtec Flatbed

Looking for an FCX2000-60 Graphtec flatbed. Not really interested in the older FC2250 or other sizes. I'm in Ohio, but willing travel if needed, or pay for shipping.
  5. Plastic part fell out from underneath my s80600 head carriage.

I spoke with an Epson tech about this. While the manual and instructions look to allow cleaning this part, the tech recommends to avoid it. The cleaning solution can eat that cover and cause fogginess. If that occurs, you'll have a problem with the sensor reading. He sees it a fair amount...
  6. Plastic part fell out from underneath my s80600 head carriage.

You can just use some thin strips of double sided tape to hold it on. Don't cover the whole thing - just the edges.
  7. Graphtec CE5000-60 unwanted cut

Thats the small initial cut it makes to align the blade in the correct direction. Look in the manual. You can set it to make that cut at a specified position as opposed to near the start of the artwork. Blade-Tip Initial Position Setting The cutter blade is placed on the medium to orient it...
  8. F1612 Router issue

Does this happen with a new bit? Also, for that material, I'd probably try to route it in one pass, given you're not cutting much deeper than you already are on the first pass.
  9. Honda Red Epson S80600 Onyx

Open it in Illustrator and click on the swatches to see the pantone numbers.
  10. Honda Red Epson S80600 Onyx

Bike Graphix is using 2035C for 21-22 CRFs and 3546C for 20 and older CRFs. They print with 80600s. Of course, this varies based on profile, media, etc.
  11. Anyone have a custom trick to track laminate length?

5" roll is the laminator roller, not the material.
  12. Anyone have a custom trick to track laminate length?

Could also mark a line on the roller and use something like this to count the rotations. There would be some math involved, but perhaps you could say each rotation = 12" or something. For instance, 5" diameter roll = 15.7" = 114 revolutions = 150'...
  13. Anyone have a custom trick to track laminate length?

I've thought about this. Was thinking about trying something like this and running it off the roller. https://www.amazon.com/JIAWANSHUN-Precision-Electronic-Measuring-Function/dp/B07MX5NN37 Or you could build your own...
  14. Premasked striping woes

We just did a job where we tried laying down stripes without mask (printed, cast, warm weather). The result was that it was hard to keep things straight and level, even while measuring. Looking down any length of straight vinyl, it's easy to see any "wobble". Using mask stiffens the vinyl...
  15. Need Help Epson S60600 Headstrikes - Possible Media Sensor Issue

Here is a photo of the position of the four mounting screws. I seem to remember there was another screw off to the right side of the photo that I had to remove as well.
  16. Laminator USTECH issues

Gotcha. Yeah, doesn't look great. Just seems like the smaller laminators lack features the bigger ones come with.
  17. Laminator USTECH issues

Yes, purchased new. When talking about the rollers, I don't mean the infeed core size. I mean the silicone rollers that do the laminating. I assume all of the infeed and takeup reels will accommodate 3" cores typical of most vinyls and laminates.
  18. Laminator USTECH issues

In my experience, the smaller width laminators all come with smaller diameter rollers as well. GFP has the 230C 30" with 2.5" rollers instead of the 5" of the others RS has the RSC-820CLS at 32" I have a GFP 355TH and quite like it.
  19. S80600 blotchy ink spots

Are you using the same inks as before the head swaps, or are these different carts? I wouldnt think static would do that. Static can cause misting, etc, but I've not seen anything like that. Does doing some cleanings help? To me, it almost looks like some sort of contamination or thinning of...
  20. Need Help Graphtec FC-9000-140 not cutting on the far left of the vinyl

    Awesome. Glad it worked out.
