I mainly just plan to use it on flat panel signs with a cast laminate that I want to last longer. If it is in fact not a cast and that's what I thought I was getting....well I'm not at all happy about that at all, very misleading!

I use the Signlab 9.1 RIP with a Epson 30670 and I love it, I don't have the color problems that others are describing but it may vary a lot depending on the printer too.

You might also try Thermwood if you have the budget for it. Out of my price range, but they make a workhorse. They are built 10 minutes from my shop in Dale, IN, great people. I looked at ShopSabre a few years ago and almost bought one, that is about all I know about them though.

Think I'll tell my rep I'm done with them next time he calls. Selling at list prices is one thing but these prices are less than they what I can get it for. Shows how much they appreciate their customers that spend tens of thousands or more a year with them. This is gonna get good....:popcorn:

I have the same blotchy problems when printing this media, never know until you start how bad it's going to be. Hate printing that stuff but love installing it. I have switched back to 3M because of it.
