No thanks, we've all see the "designs" that AI has come up with.

makes up for all those draw backsThat's the benefit of being a male.
Now that is a really good question. So if tariffs do actually deter people from buying foreign imports, and domestic production can't fill the consumer's needs quick enough, will those with cash in their pocket just spend on something else? If that's the case where will their money flow, travel, more on dining, clothes, or other short-term feel-good purchases?
Possibly countries like the US and Canada are headed toward the European model where more and more rent instead of buying. Leading to a scaled down (more minimalist) lifestyle as they may not have the control over housing and other expenses as they would have if they could afford to buy and payoff a home.
Will there be a greater shift toward smaller, short-term and/or experiential purchases which may add to further declines in domestic manufacturing.
I'm surprised anybody is celebrating free speech getting flushed down the drain.
The government didn't fire him. This was a business decision by his network based on ethics and economics. His show had low ratings and was losing money.I'm surprised anybody is celebrating free speech getting flushed down the drain.
I'm not a fan of him, but he didn't even say anything bad and they still used it to push him out.
Can you show me where he celebrated it?The government didn't fire him. This was a business decision by his network based on ethics and economics. His show had low ratings and was losing money.
The real issue is celebrating someone's assassination and seeing nothing wrong with that behavior. It's a matter of basic morality and treating others the way you'd want to be treated.
There's an important distinction here: words are not the same as violence, but celebrating actual violence crosses a clear ethical line.
I publicly posted on this forum how i felt about trans athletes, if someone wants to "cancel" me... So be it. Now how would you feel if your boss (I know you don't have one, but if you did) read your comment and fired you because of what you just said? Or if a political appointment pushed for you to be fired because of it?late night talk shows are supposed to be fun and funny and meant for people to relax after a long hard day at work. They aren't meant to stir the political pot.
There's been this "us" vs "them" mentality since Trump entered the political spectrum.
It's frustrating to me that we aren't allowed to bring up anything negative about the "trans movement". Yet people want to scream that free speech is dead? I haven't been able to say what I have really thought about the trans movement without being censored (or completely kicked off of platforms). Because people think I'm a "transphobe". There's no phobia to thinking that trans people need mental health help. But as soon as people hear that, they go nuts thinking I'm somehow disrespecting a trans person.
Now, the left is up in arms because they're being stifled about divisive comments toward charlie kirks assassination....welcome to putting the shoe on the other foot.
I think it's cancel culture. People are too afraid to say what they think and feel because others will judge them at best, or try to get them fired or worst. If we look at history we can clearly see society going further and further left making the center common sense people look like they are far right. Originally the gays "Just wanted to get married" now here in 2025 we are at "shut up or we will kill you".
"A study led by researchers at Vanderbilt found that 83% of lesbian, gay, bisexual and queer (LGBQ) individuals reported going through adverse childhood experiences such as sexual and emotional abuse, and worse mental health as adults when compared to their heterosexual peers."

Study finds LGBQ people report higher rates of adverse childhood experiences than straight people, worse mental health as adults
ACEs included physical, emotional and sexual abuse; household mental illness, household substance misuse, household domestic violence, having an incarcerated household member, and parental divorce or separation.news.vumc.org
I'm going to go off on a short limb here and say that the percentage is most likely more than that. To add gasoline to that fire we are having society say it is perfectly normal to think that when you are born a certain sex that you can be the exact opposite.
Sadly this isn't the only backward stuff that people with common sense/critical thinking/normality have to deal with these days.
I have never seen the left cry so hard for anyone but the craziest people. This in itself is very telling.I publicly posted on this forum how i felt about trans athletes, if someone wants to "cancel" me... So be it. Now how would you feel if your boss (I know you don't have one, but if you did) read your comment and fired you because of what you just said? Cancel culture all around is bad, on the left side and on the right side... And everywhere in-between. But just because one side has prominently been doing it... Doesn't mean it's ok for the other to start as well.
If the right wants to inspire to be snowflakes and push for people to get fired because they don't like what someone said... It makes you no better than the thing you hate.
Not directing this part at you, it's more general - Kimmel only said that the moment Kirk was shot, mega was saying it was radical left's who did it... Then it came out that the guys family is republican, he was raised as Republican, etc. He didn't diss kirk... Didn't say Kirk deserved It.... He actually came out saying he's praying for Kirk's family, when a lot of people were raging over anyone who sympathized with Kirk. I could maybe see why he'd get fired if he said or acted anyway against Kirk, but he didn't..
Then hours after he's fired... Trump calls for 2 other hosts who are anti-relublican to also be fired, and says he may start pulling broadcasting licenses from stations that are "against me"
I don't get how anyone can spin that as not being censorship at it's worst. Even if you don't like the networks, imagine if a democrat threatened all Republican leaning news stations. Free speech is important, with no free speech youre just hearing 1 viewpoint... People are, or should be able to express their thoughts and opinions without fear of being retaliated against, whether it's trans issues, political issues, or anything inbetween.
Again.. if you just straight out said trans people are gross and they should go get lethal injections, thats a little different. And if someone said Charlie Kirk was pro gun, so they're glad he died by a gun and its "worth it", thats also different.
We live in a society that has 10,000 tv channels, if you don't like what someone is saying or doing, watch something else. The freedom to say and express how you feel is something America's always had right - and Republicans historically have always been very pro free speech, it's one thing I liked about them and hated about the left.... Canceling a matte rife for making a domestic abuse joke, or Dave chappel over a transgender joke, people need to lighten up and stop being such snowflakes.
