Maybe try putting a cut border around the graphic, that way it will cut everything you want and screw up on the border...or just add a small cut to the far right after the portion you want to cut
I have only had this cutter for a few months, so I am on a learning curve. I generally only use this plotter for printed items that need cutting. I know with this blade you really should only have it out enough to cut through the vinyl and then use pressure to give it more cutting power...
There has to be a way to do this as mine always defaults to none. I made my own preset and want it to be used without me having to always select it. Is there a way?
I can't see something like that happening that fast. I would think that the fine cracks in the black were there before you even cut it, but they were not visible.
I just bought a bundle of the GF 230 and it works well. I don't really do wraps but like to offer customers a better product than just regular 3ml with 3ml laminate for certain jobs. As was said the supply chain for 2ml products is horrible so I thought I would try it. The only thing I was not...

I always appreciate your help Gino, don't get me wrong, but then you go and add the comment that everyone should know what Royal Blue is... No not everyone. I originally figured it would be close to a saphire blue but just wanted the forum input as I checked online and started seeing huge...
I have to do a temporary construction sign and this ancient spec says sign to be "Painted" with Royal Blue lettering. 3/4" plywood too, for a 3 week project.
Any Idea what pantone number corresponds with Royal Blue?
